Drumzofthesouth is pleased to present a special mix from West Norwood Cassette Library aka Bob Bhamra, a bass and bleeps DJ / producer straight outta SE27.
In addition to a regular WNCL blog and podcast, 2010 has seen the birth of WNCL Recordings – a 10″ only press featuring home grown releases and remixes from the likes of Brackles (London), DJ C (Chicago) and Quantec (Berlin).
Forthcoming releases will feature work from Knowing Looks (Toronto), Milyoo (Kentucky), Don Froth (San Francisco) and, of course, more tracks from the Cassette Library studios.
The featured mixtape, “C90 140 2010″, follows the in-house policy of the WNCL podcast – fresh sounds and library archives, strictly vinyl and dubplate only.
Expect exclusives from the label alongside ‘in your shops now’ material with a bit of classic techno and electro all crow-barred into a 140bpm template.
This is propa solid mix from a propa solid underground label… enjoy…
